36933 Vine Street, the site of a former auto dealership, will be redeveloped with a new construction 30,000 sf. multi-tenant office building. The new building will replace the former car dealership showroom and be connected to the former vehicle service building. The former service building will be converted into storage for use by the tenants of the new Multi-Tenant Office building. The existing site is entirely paved except for the Northeast corner of the site that is currently grass and was used to store vehicle inventory. The redeveloped site will incorporate new landscaping around the new office building and entire site. The site area north of the proposed redeveloped building will be an outdoor storage surrounded by a fence and landscaping.
